As part of our drive to pursue Quality and exceed your expectations, as your physiotherapy provider we periodically survey our clients to assess just how well we are meeting your needs.

The most recent survey was carried out over the month of May and was completed by 108 clients who supplied their responses anonymously.
Overall most of our clients were very pleased with the service that Arches Physiotherapy had provided for them.
Notable comments, which we have taken on board, were that some clients find the "Classic FM" music played in reception a bit depressing and not to everyone's taste. One made a point of saying that Janet our receptionist was very professional, friendly and helpful. Most rated the standard of care as excellent and many of you noted that you would not hesitate to recommend Arches Physiotherapy to your friends.

Naturally we are delighted with the results of this survey, however if any of you have any thoughts on ways that we might be able to expand or improve our services, please do not hesitate to let us know.
