Getting the most out of your workouts and avoiding injury.

The Fitnesscheck is a 30-minute assessment of the key muscles and joints that are used during exercise.

Each sport and exercise workout uses specific muscles to achieve their aims. If these muscles are primed for their specific use, performance is enhanced and the risk of injury markedly reduced. You don't have to be injured to benefit from a Fitness Check.

You could benefit from a Fitness Check if:
  • Your muscles are underperforming


  • You are in pain during or after excercise


  • Your exercise level is about to increase or change


  • You are not in pain but would like to know how your muslces are performing

At the conclusion of the Fitness Check

We will explain all of our findings to you. If treatment or rehabilitation of core stabilising muscles is needed we can work with you to help you to attain your optimal level of performance.

Our aim is to teach you how to get the most out of your muscles and how to minimise the risk of injury. We also provide individual exercise programmes that are tailored to your particular strengths and weaknesses
